Voiced by: William Atherton
Powers: Ability to manipulate and control other people's dreams.
Origin: John Dee, a convict, often dreamed about destorying the Justice League. During a prison break, he exposed himself to dangerous psychic experiment giving him extraordinary mental powers.
He proceeded to terrorize the League in the place where their powers were useless, their dreams. Eventually it was Martain Manhunter's mental powers that brought about Dr. Destiny's defeat.
